Refund policy

Please note, Marsden&Bailey do not honour returns on wax melt products unless the item has arrived damaged or  you have recivied the wrong itemt.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, for evaluation. 

Returns - within 14 days of receipt. 
Marsden&Bailey request that to meet eligibility for a return/refund, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number/receipt or proof of purchase.

If your request is valid, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed. Please note that items returned without following this process will not be accepted.

Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to your original payment method. Please  note that there may be a delay whilst the transaction is processed by your bank or credit card company.
